Cancellation Policy
I ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice when you are unable to make your apointment or need to make any changes to the services you are scheduled for. As a courtesy I often send out confirmations by text or phone, however it is important for you to understand it is your responsibility to know when your apointment is and if you are unable to make it to let me know as soon as possible with a minimum of 24 hours notice.
This allows me to make changes to my schedule as needed, as well as accommodate those on my waiting list.
Please note, arriving more than 10 minutes late to your appointment (5 minutes for 15 minute appointments), you will be required to reschedule and will be considered a no show. If you are scheduled for multiple services and we aren’t able to complete them in the remaining time you still be responsible for paying for all services scheduled.
Cancelations without a minimum of 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service booked, which will be due before or at the time of your next service.
No shows will require 100% of the service booked to be due before your next appointment may be booked.
I do understand certain situations are outside of our control, and I will do my best to work with you when emergencies arise. However, if last minute cancelations become a habit, you will be charged a cancelation fee.
